Notification Procedures for Insurance Claim / Recovery / Assistance Following an Emergency Involving University Property

In the event of property damage or other related emergency (i.e. fire, flooding, collapse), emergency responders should notify the University’s insurance liaison immediately, at the appropriate telephone number/e-mail address below.

Such requests must contain the following information
